Information About Pre-Orders

EXPECTED SHIP DATE

You are currently pre-ordering our "Super Flow" kettlebells which are (as of December 22) not yet in our warehouse and still in production in our facility in China. Expected ship date is between April - May 2023

By pre-ordering one of our kettlebells, you acknowledge the fact that shipping won't take place until the above expected arrival date. We will keep you posted on your shipment and let you know, once you're order has been fulfilled. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Orders are final and we offer no refunds or cancellation after purchase. 

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Through a proper cost calculation, we're able to offset shipping costs in our fulfillment process. For this reason, we offer free international and local shipping on all orders.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Even though we do our best to secure each step in our fullfilment supply chain, there's always something that can go wrong especially with shipping overseas. That's why every shipment is insured up to to $3'000 USD total value.
